Well. I'm afraid.
I ran an awful 4-5K on Monday, a brilliant 8K on Wednesday and I'm absolutely terrified I won't be able to do this half on Sunday.
I'm trying the 'positive thought' thing but it's not working.
Why am I so nervous?

You did 22km!!!! Everyone has bad runs-don't psych yourself out about this. You'll do it and it's going to be great. Have faith in your training. You go!

It went great! I have to post more info but I finished strong at 2:22 :) I was super proud!
