Running: 1 run with my friend Lynne at lunch. 5K 33 minutes.
Swimming: 1 Saturday swim with my triathlon group. About 2000m - 800 of which was pull at tempo effort.
Biking: None.
Drinking: Beer, Wine.
Eating: Actually better than while I was training? The hunger has gone down since my training schedule has slowed. I find I can make better choices and don't feel starved all the time.
Fun: Went to a movie - wahoooo!
Future: Ironman 2007? Yes.
GWN 2007. Yes.
Melissa's 22K. Yes.

Is that Melissa's 22km this year??? We're going this year. A YES for IMC 2007!!!! YOU GO!!! I know it's been said before, but maybe you should pick a marathon? Personally, I feel I need to run a full before IM (preferably a few of them to get the hang of the distance), although after my "run" at GWN I think I'm going to take up power walking to do it! hehe. I'm glad your appetite has gone down-mine has been completely insatiable ever since the race but it's starting to go down a little now. I'm pretty sure I'm going back to GWN for next year too. A big maybe for Summerside but you'll be in Penticton then. I would have loved to go and watch IMC!
