Food/Exercise

Breakfast: Half a bagel with light cream cheese
Coffee: 2 w/milk and sugar
Snack: other half of tuna w/mayo
Lunch: Milk
Supper: Chubby Chicken Burger Onion Rings

I just realized I didn't eat lunch. That wasn't good - No wonder I craved the junk food.

Exercise: Swam 1.5 km
