Soooo... made it to the pool today. Swam 1.5 km - drills. I didn't feel like being there. I swallowed lots of water. I felt stronger this time though and that was nice.
Afterwards I kept the snacking to a minimum and just had a nice recovery milk (protein!). Well, my good intentions went bad when a Chubby Chicken Burger crossed my lips, so did onion rings. Oy.
Tomorrow night John is going to the hockey game so I MUST get up early to get in a 3km tempo run. Short and sweet.
