Deb showed up for our Sunday run - I asked her if she wanted to tack an extra 2 k so I could get my mileage up and she agreed.
It was beautiful out (a little windy but not bad). I estimate -12? Good pace, my knee hurt a little near the end but I knew my body was just starting to fatigue. Deb kept saying her legs hurt at the end and I promised her tonight and tomorrow they would recover and only get stronger.
I hope I can make good on that promise but it's up to her to rest!
I came home and ate some spaghetti - drank more coffee - had a bath - we're headed out for groceries.
I'm sooo looking forward to 16 km on December 24th!
