Vancouver Half

Registered!

John very kindly has decided we will go on this adventure together.

Now with very little time to train I must put my head down and make up a schedule for increasing mileage:

March 30th - 10k slow run
April 6th - 12 k slow run
April 13th 14 k slow run
April 20th 18 k slow run

May 4th - Race

I know the numbers look impractical. The goal is not related to a time, just to finishing so if I have to I will re-evaluate as needed.

I'm excited but scared too!
