I'm going it on my own next week so I'll have to use up some childcare hours for training rather than working. I'm very lucky to have that flexibility. My husband is chasing down a sub 2:00 half marathon so we're off to Red Deer on Sunday for Woody's.
I plan to ride from Millet to Red Deer on Saturday (hoping for 4 hours or so just easy riding) and then run (not race) Red Deer 1/2 Marathon.
For mother's day my children presented me some cycling jerseys and a tri-top. We're watching the animated Lord of the Rings, I've put in my morning run, the coffee is hot, things are good.
This week I'm going to practice some visualization exercises, swim, bike and run like a crazy woman and also ponder registering for Coronation.
