I went to Jr/Sr High School with Ken and this year he's taking on the 2009 Transrockies challenge with his friend Sheldon. His wife is also a triathlete and doing her first 70.3 this year.

I just learned from the site that Gary Fisher is going to be at Mud Sweat and Gears on May 9th. How cool is that?
