My plan (including the shredded part) now includes running a 2 hour half marathon. Probably Calgary Hypo. I think I can do this, man :) and I'm working on my plans... :)

Ah yes, the 2 hour half marathon. I want to do that too! I'm thinking Last Chance Half in Calgary in November. Nice flat course, so should be doable unless the weather is a doozy!

OK, the words PB and Hypo do not belong in the same sentence! Conditions for that race are ALWAYS less then favourable. Why not Vancouver or another spring race that will have ideal conditions? Not to mention, if we are doing P90X, you won't be doing much running for a while. It's kind of a perdiodization thing; drop fat, build muscle now, then start training your new body to run (faster.)
How about Vancouver Kerry? Could you and Lawrence come with John and I?
