Food

Breakfast - Starbucks Venti Non Fat Latte and low fat cranberry muffin
Lunch - 12" turkey sub on whole wheat w/mayo and mustard
Snacks - horrible sugary pumpkin candies at the office
Coffee - well the starbucks and 1 other cup with sugar and fake powdery whitener
Supper - 1/2 can tuna w/1 tbsp mayo

8 km's at slower than usual pace for the snow and my achin' bod
