Well..... it was freakin cold and snowy.
8 km with Cindy's group. I'm really happy to have found such an outgoing and positive group of runners. I didn't do nearly as well up Victoria as I usually do. I quite often get a burst of energy and fly up the hill - tonight every step hurt.
It's time for new shoes.
Doug talked about his anxieties for the Vegas full marathon - I am always happy to run with him - tonight, I couldn't see Ironman... I could only see the end of the run and hopefully a hot bath (coming still!).
I stopped at Safeway and bought some ingredients for my brownies. I'll make some in the morning for Caleb's daycare staff and for our meeting at work. Caleb is in his bed right now breathing hard (he has a virus and it's his asthma trigger) and coughing horribly. Last night he coughed so hard he threw up - tonight I pray for better... I don't think I'll be getting much sleep though.
G'Night.
