Posting from the Vancouver airport.
What a beautiful city. A great race. Not my best time, sure, but a great race for many reasons anyway.
I found my desire to run again. I believe in myself again.
I ran a 2:29 half without very much training. I had guts, determination and will. I'm paying for it today with some very sore legs but I'm not injured. My goal for GWN is to run a 2:29 marathon off the bike.
My bike goal is 3 hours.
My swim goal is 45 minutes.
0:45
3:00
2:29

6:14
Now lets be realistic. Transitions are going to eat up a good 15 minutes? and can I really improve my swim by 5 minutes, my bike by 40 minutes and my run by 20 minutes?
I'm gonna train my ass off - watch and see.
